Simplification, Quality and Innovation
EasyVista project is a great project.
Now that we have acquired 3 new companies, the project becomes much more interesting and give us great opportunity to deliver great product to our customers.
We are currently working with the differents teams on different initiatives : Simplification, Quality and Innovation.
All of them are important for our customer, partners and all of you, all the collaborators in the different entities of Easyvista Group.
Differents plans are in construction to make different simplification in
• Our organisation, to make things easier for all of us.
• Our plateform, to make things much scalable, with much more facilities to deploy a new customer.
Multiple workshop are ongoing, to improve quality, scalability and reduce Bugs and incidents.
We are currently thinking about how to improve our process , to limit product issues we need to fix or optimize, bugs, performance issues, reliability on data …
Of course, this also includes process optimisation with internal application to improve our capacity to access data and get information in a faster way to better serve our organisations.
Concerning innovation we have collected during the last monthes multiple improvement coming from the market, customers, Sales, or partners and we are working to make things happen and get innovation faster.
Now, more than 13 projects are initiated and started!
